Ubara Rice 5kg / 茨米 うばらまい 5kg

This rice is produced in Ibaraki Prefecture, which is famous for rice production following Niigata and Miyagi.

Ubara Rice is a new “Niji no Hirameki” variety rice developed in 2018 by the National Agricultural Research Organization, a national research institute. It is characterized by its glossy finish, stickiness, and glutinous texture.

It tastes great even when cold, making it ideal for onigiri (rice balls)!
