Sasanishiki rice grown in the northernmost part of Thai in Chiang Rai. The grain is small and glossy and less sticky in nature making it perfect for sumeshi (Japanese sushi rice).

タイ最北の地・チェンライで生産されたササニシキ種です。小粒でつやがあり、粘り気が少な目の食感なので、酢飯むきです。
